We are happy to announce that Amwork now integrates seamlessly with Make.com, enabling you to automate your workflows. This guide provides a step-by-step manual to set up and use the integration, along with practical examples of automations.
Getting Started
Step 1: Create a Make Account
Visit Make.com and sign up for a free account. If you already have an account, log in.
Familiarize yourself with Make.com’s interface, which allows you to create “scenarios” (automation workflows).
Step 2: Install the “Amwork” App on your Make account
Open this link to access the Amwork app on Make.com.
Click Install to add Amwork to your Make workspace.
Step 3: Connect Amwork to Make
In Make, create a new scenario and select one of the available Amwork modules as your starting module.
When prompted, authenticate your Amwork account:
Enter your API Key from Amwork. It can be found in the “API Access” section of the account settings.
Enter login and password from your account and click Create Connection.
Using Amwork Modules in Make
Amwork’s integration offers a range of modules to help you manage your workflows:

List Cards: Find specific leads based on criteria such as name, stage, or creation date.
Update a Card: Modify lead information, such as responsible user.
Delete a Card: Remove outdated or invalid leads from your system.
2. Task Management
Create a Task: Add tasks for your team with a variety of settings.
List Tasks: Retrieve tasks based on status, due dates, or assignees.
Update a Task: Modify task details like due dates or assigned users.
Delete a Task: Remove completed or unnecessary tasks.
3. Activity Management
Create an Activity: Add activities such as meetings, calls, or emails for tracking purposes.
List Activities: Retrieve specific activities using filters like date or type.
Update an Activity: Edit activity details as needed.
Delete an Activity: Remove activities that are no longer relevant.
4. Universal Module
The Universal Module lets you call any API endpoint from Amwork, enabling advanced use cases and flexibility. Use our API Documentation to configure this module.
Example Automations
Example 1: Create a New Lead from an Incoming Email
Scenario: When someone sends you an email, automatically create a lead in Amwork.
Trigger: Webhook module receives incoming email event. Configure webhook module from one of the email providers available in Make.
Action: Amwork > Create a Card module creates a new lead with the email data.
Example 2: Update Task Status Based on External Trigger
Scenario: Change the status of a task in Amwork when a specific event occurs in another app.
Trigger: An external app (e.g., Slack) sends an event update.
Action: Amwork > Update a Task module updates the task status to “Completed.”
Example 3: Transfer Leads from Other CRM
Scenario: Transfer Leads information from your CRM system to Amwork.
Search: Use your CRM (e.g., Pipedrive) module to list all your leads.
Action: Amwork > Create a Card module creates a new lead for each lead from other CRM.
Map the data between modules correctly to transfer all information in seconds.
Tips for Success
Test Your Scenarios: Use the “Run Once” feature in Make to test your scenarios before activating them.
Use Filters and Routers: Optimize workflows by filtering data and splitting it into different paths.
Check Logs: Review scenario logs to troubleshoot and refine automations.
Contact Support: If your scenario doesn’t work as expected or some strange error happens, please contact our support. We will help you debug your automations.
