Configuring Notifications in Amwork

Learn how to configure notifications in Amwork. Manage push notifications, customize task alerts, and select notification types for events. Keep your workflow organized with tailored notifications.

How to View and Customize Notifications in Amwork

 

To view and configure your notifications, click the bell icon in the upper-right corner of the interface. In the notification history window that appears, click the gear icon to open the notification settings panel.

In the notification settings, you can:

Manage Push Notifications:

  • Enable or disable them as needed.

Customize Task and Activity Notifications:

  • Choose whether notifications should be delayed or instant.

Select Notification Types for Events:

  • New comment on a task.

  • New chat message.

  • New email.

  • New note in a card.

  • Change of assignee.

  • Creation of a new card in any section of Amwork.

Additionally, you can disable sound alerts for notifications. To do this, use the toggle next to the muted bell icon. A detailed example is shown in the screenshot above.

At the top of the notification history window, there is a “Mark All as Read” button that allows you to quickly mark all notifications as viewed.

Important Note:

Notifications for incoming emails from a connected mailbox will only be received by the user assigned as the owner of that mailbox in the settings.
