Searching for Cards
To quickly find a card, start typing its name in the search field. As you type, cards containing the entered characters in their name will be displayed. When you enter the full name, the system will show an exact match.

In the CRM section, you can search by the names of related cards, such as contacts, companies, projects, and others. Additionally, search is supported by field values, such as phone numbers and email addresses specified in a contact card or any other linked card.

Using Filters to Display Cards by Criteria
For a more detailed search, you can use the filtering function. Open the filter window, where you can set search criteria based on the following parameters:
- Card statuses or stages
- Assigned employees
- Creation date or closing date
- Values of all custom fields created in cards
The filter allows you to sort cards from oldest to newest or newest to oldest. Additional search options include:
- “Field is empty” – displays cards where the specified field is not filled.
- “Field is not empty” – displays cards where the specified field has a value.
- “Field contains” – enter the exact value that should be present in the specified card field.
For numeric fields, you can set a range of values to display matching cards. For date fields, you can specify an exact date (day/month/year) or define a period (from and to).

Saving and Resetting Filter Settings
Once you have configured all filter parameters, you can save the filter so that the selected settings remain active even when navigating to other pages. To do this:
- Click “Save Filter”.
- After saving, the displayed data will remain unchanged while working in the system until you modify the filter settings.
If you want to reset the current settings and return to the default display:
- Click “Clear” to reset all filtering parameters and restore the original view.
Task Filtering
For task searches, a separate filter is available in the task board filtering window. Task filters include:
- Task creator
- Assigned employee
- Task status or stage
- Dates (creation, start, completion)
- Linked card (enter the name of the related card)
These tools allow you to efficiently search for and filter cards and tasks, making your work in Amwork more convenient and productive.
